The product looks great where it’s not broken, but the packaging isn’t strong enough for shipment. My prism arrived broken and chipped along several edges making it worthless. I was satisfied with the shipping speed and communication. It sounds like they’ll need to make a change to how these items are shipped, but otherwise a very good seller.
